i had my ear check-up today ... good news - it's getting better!!! yey! yey! yey! yey! but i still have some fluid (minus the pus - iiiwww) inside my left ear so i still need to drink another round of medications for a week ... if the fluid persists after that, the doctor will "puncture" it a little ... i winced when he said that and he readily explained that it's only a little painful ... naalala ko, pag yung sa injection sa mga bata, para daw kagat lang ng langgam ... sana lang, etong langgam ng doktor ko e hindi kasali dun sa movie na food of the gods nu hehehehe (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074540/).

by the way, my ear doctor - dr. chiarg (yan ang sabi sa name plate sa labas) is really nice - reassuring ba. i think because of the language barrier, it's a little difficult to find doctors who can make me (specific sa akin ha ... since sinto-sinto ako *grin*) feel at ease and reassured. yun bang nde ako tini-treat na psychotic ako dahil lang ang dami kong nararamdaman sa katawan - or maybe, they just don't show it??? hehehehe ... but still, i appreciate that ... i found another good doctor - dr. agnes from family medicine - who treats me very well and actually listens to what i have to say - kahit na may pagka-psychotic nga ako : ).

i've just finished another book given to me by jeni beybi - stainless longganisa by bob ong (http://www.visprint.net/publications/bob/book5/) ... there are times while i was "gorging : )" the book when i felt that it was too "intellectual" for me ... ewan ko kung baket ... posibleng yung topic ang dahilan or yung way ng pagkakasulat ng libro - yung words na ginamit ... pero the book is alright ... may sariling wit ... at napapatawa ako ni bob ong sa ibang hirit nya ... lalo na dun sa mga pagsasanay at the end of every chapter ... saka may parts na inspirational ... tipong if you want to say something and you think it's worth listening to, then go ahead and say it ... hmmm, sang parte naman kaya nung stainless longganisa ko nakuha yan??? or maybe it's just me talking krap ... hehehehe. but then again, i have to contradict myself ... relative yung whatever is worth listening to ... what's worth listening for me, may not be worth listening for you ... katulad nitong binabasa mo ngayon : )....
